Our professional in-house packaging team takes care of shipping the auctioned items. Small pieces of jewelry as well as large paintings or furniture can be shipped within Germany and internationally. DieVersandExperten.de offers and carries out the calculation of shipping costs, packaging and shipping. Our competent team creates the shipping calculation. This includes all processing costs, packaging, shipping and insurance of the goods. The trained employees ensure professional packaging and expert shipping of your antiques and art. If you have specified the shipping option when placing your bid or in your master data, the invoice we issue will automatically contain a packaging and shipping item. You can also use a link in our invoice email to decide whether you want us to send the goods or whether you want to collect the unpacked goods yourself. As soon as the auction invoice has been paid, the goods will be packed and shipped For additional expenses, such as customs clearance, separate agencies must be hired at the buyer's expense. We are happy to assist you with this.
Please note that the shipping prices do not correlate with the hammer prices of the items. It is therefore possible that packaging and shipping may be significantly more expensive than the lot itself. If the auctioned item is bulky goods or, for example, a multi-piece porcelain service, we will hand it over to shipping companies or ask you to arrange unpacked collection yourself. In such cases, sending a parcel is often too time-consuming and expensive.
If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to help you. No matter what the object is, we will always find a way to ensure that your new favorite item gets to you safely. Please understand that there may be small delays with bulky goods and other goods that are difficult to ship.
For items that are not collected or dispatched within 14 days, we charge a storage fee of 3 euros per lot and day.

by telephone
When bidding by telephone, you will automatically bid the limit or the registered pre-bid (telephone bidding is only possible from €100). Only when the limit/pre-bid has been reached we will call you to bid further on. Your telephone bid will be treated as a written bid up to the registered pre-bid and will of course only be used to the extent necessary.
If you save your absentee bids on the bid list, you will be able to change or delete them until you submit them. If you do not submit your absentee bids, they will not be considered. They must be submitted before the auction starts.
You can submit your absentee bids now using the "Submit absentee bids directly" button, or later using the "List of Bids" menu item.
