glass and 800/- silver, opulent lidded box made of lead crystal glass, round stand with star cut in the base, the bulbous wall raised, on the body abundant cut decoration with geometric motifs, lip and hinged lid in silver, the silver once stepped edge of the lid with relief floral frieze, in the middle of the lid is the finely engraved coat of arms of the Crefeld racing club from 1911 as well as the dedication: Dem Trainer des Sieges im Preis der Rheinprovinz - Krefeld, 26. September 1928, on the back below the hinge the hallmarks: crescent, crown, 800, Wilhelm Binder's workshop mark in Schwäbisch Gmünd, sales mark of the jeweler Schmuck, very good age-appropriate condition, 12.5 x 26 cm (HxD)
