Porcelain, white, glazed, unmarked. Finely modeled and naturalistic depiction of an American cadet of the West Point Military Academy, shown in guard uniform with coat, sash, and peaked cap, holding a rifle in his right hand while resting his left hand behind his back. On the rear cartridge pouch the raised inscription “US.” Standing on a square base. Good age-appropriate condition. 25×7×7 cm (H×W×D).
