Gilt and red enamelled decoration in the form of the fivefold Jerusalem Cross, consisting of a large guilloché cross with four smaller crosses in the quadrants, framed by a gilded border and featuring rich ruby-red enamel with fine engine-turned structure. At the top, a gilt bow-shaped suspension element with a floral double-loop design, bearing a central roundel with the red Jerusalem Cross emblem, attached to the original black-finished neck ribbon.
