Iron and wood, classic Queen Anne type, rifled barrel, single-shot, integrated directly into the lock, curved grip with fine diamond pattern and engraved brass inlays, typical cock-shaped trigger mechanism, decorative engravings on the lock plate and hammer, age-appropriate condition with patina and signs of use, total length 22.8 cm.
This compact pistol was designed as a travel weapon for personal protection and is a fine example of English craftsmanship in the Queen Anne style.
