Oak wood, floor lamp with integrated gramophone, patented device, Eiffel tower-shaped shaft, gramophone with crank wind and swivel arm, flanked by two light bulbs, fabric shade with fringe, includes gramophone needles and various shellac records, age-appropriate very good condition, all functional, 183 x 67 cm (HxD).
The Phonolicht, a rare and fascinating piece from the 1920s, combines two innovative technologies of the time: electric lighting and the gramophone. Such multifunctional devices were not only practical home accessories but also a symbol of technological progress and affluent lifestyle. A unique collector's item.
