Die "Diana" war ein Schiff in Diensten der englischen East India Trading Company, unterwegs zwischen Kalkutta/Madras und Kanton, sank 1817, das Wrack wurde 1994 entdeckt und die entdeckte Ladung Porzellan ein Jahr später von Christie's versteigert; kobaltblaues sogenanntes "Starburst"-Muster mit Chrysanthemen und frei gestaltetem Füllmuster; Lotnummer 1282/72 heißt, dass der Teller einer von 72 identischen Tellern ist, die in Lot 1282 versteigert wurden, Originalzustand, alter Aufkleber von Christie's auf der Unterseite, D. 28 cm, Provenienz: Diana Cargo Versteigerung, Christie's Amsterdam, 6.-7.
